Data Extract

I have used the data extract command to list center of circles before, for some reason, the center option is not in my listing command anymore ?

Can anyone tell me why i cannot extract the center of each circle ??

Clicking on the properties of your objects they actually are polylines...

Is there a way to convert these "pline circles" into "circles"  ??? they obviously were circles at one point in time...

I am having a problem converting these "polylines" into circles, i tried the P2C lsp, and it works for some of the objects, but not for all.

so the process needs to be:

A. convert polylines into either circular polylines or circles (donuts)

B. extract the centers

the DATAEXTRACT worked wonders on another file i had...but this one not so much
