DRAWING PROFILES QUESTION

Civil 3D drew a profile for me for my existing ground surface for one of my alignments.

I was searching through the Settings on Toolspace, but I cannot find out how to turn off the grade labels on the existing ground line.

I'm talking about the 0.51%, -4.81%, etc.....they are so cluttered, and I don't want them shown, anyway.

I'm attaching my file for reference.

Thanks.

Select the profile-> right click->edit labels. on the profile label dialog
select the red X and delete all the types of labels. You can setup a
Profile label set which has that as a default so that you do not have to go
back and remove them after creation.

You can create a new label set "EG-None" and that has no labels types(styles) selected on the "labels" tab.
