I'm trying to get Civil3D to calculate the cut & fill area for my cross sections. The Surface, Alignment, Profile, Corridor, and Assemplies have been completed and my Cross Sections show the existing ground and the proposed (Assembly) as they should. They look like what I want and I can edit each one. However, after I Compute Materials and look at the report, the results are 0.00 for everything. How about some direction in what I'm doing wrong or what too look for? Thank you
When you ran your sample lines and computed materials, did you actually add in a criteria for the materials? See this link for a short video illustrating the process for calculating materials.
