Cross Section Catch Lines

Hello All,
I am having issues with my Catch Lines. The Cut and Fill lines are not ending at the surface. Is this just a glitch with 2006? Is there a setting I can change to have the catch line stop at the surface. Mainly I am looking at doing this for both esthetics and quantity calculations.

You need to add a boundary around your Finish Grade surface. Go to help if you need more of an explanation.
