Create Points using Azimuth

Hi!

Is it possible to create points using azimuths? We have field data, manually written on a field book, given the azimuths.

Is there a way to plot those points in civil 3d 2007?

yes.. use transparent commands, in particular azimuth/distance.. they are
located under the civil toolbar menu.
