Corridor triangulation issue

Hi all

I have pieced together a corridor for a roundabout using a number of assemblies, profiles and features lines as targets. The vertical profile for the roundabout is sound and I have completed this process several times before. The issue I have is the surface triangulation is creating numorous breaks which which cannot be rationalised by the surfcase contours - refer to attached screenshot. I have modfied the region frequency and checked and re-checked the targets. I have deleted whole regions and started from scratch. The issue appears when I am targeting both alignments and fetures lines.

Any thoughts on how this can be resolved?

Thanks

By chance do the feature lines and alignment over lap at anytime in the region that is being defined?  At anytime does one no longer appear and there is a gap to the next?

Typically how I do intersections is full with an alingment or feature line.  I have found that corridors just get confused when you try to use both in the same model.
