Corridor feature lines dont update with code set style

Maybe someone can help with this this one...

How do i get the feature lines in my corridor to change their style based on the code set style selected??

Whats the point of defining featureline styles in the code set style if they dont change in the corridor? They only get used when you first create the corridor?

Is there something I am missing or is this the intended workflow?

You answered your own question in your 3rd paragraph. The FL styles only get applied when the corridor is first created.

My question was "is this the intended workflow?" Why not make link codes and shape codes do the same thing.

Wiuldbt it make sense to allow the feature line styles to be changed easuly by selecting a different code set style?

Sure it would make perfect sense. We just don't have that functionality.

Don't you love the coy responses from the  Resellers?

Pertaining to your problem: Yes, this is a dumb and frustrating aspect of the Code Set implementation into Corridors.  It makes you want to say "Hey, wake up Product Manager!"

They say you can try to wake'm up here:

You don't need to recreate the corridor after changing the code set... You just need to uncheck all the baselines in the corridor properties, apply this setting and then recheck all baselines again.. The corridor will be rebuilt and the changes on your code set will be applied

Try this if you have a relatively simple build.

Copy the assembly. Edit the corridor and change to the copy of the assembly. I think if your on the newer versions the targets may hold....big guess here.

Probably a few years late to this discussion, but this one really bugs me. It just makes no sense!

However, I found that instead of unchecking and rechecking the corridor regions, I simply select the corridor in plan, change the Code Set Style to something other than my intended CSS, then change back to the updated CSS.
