I have created a corridor surface with contours displaying at 1' and 5' intervals. When I change the interval settings to an interval less than this, the contours disappear. We've troubleshooted the issue on other workstations in our office and found that other users are able to change the intervals without any issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Just a thought, is Level of Detail possibly turned off on the workstations which display the contours properly and turned on for the workstations that won't display lower intervals?

Level of detail is THE prime candidate for this sort of behaviour
