Rick,
I'm can't tell for sure, but it looks like a subassembly created from a
polyline, in which case you'll need to assign a code to the marker first.
Modify your code set style (Settings Tab - open the Code Set Style you're
using - under General and Code Set Styles - right click on Point and "Add")
to include the code you want (you can name it anything - maybe "BC"). Once
you've created the code, right click on the subassembly and add the code to
the marker.
C3D will see the code and will create a feature line.

I don't know if is something new or not. My corridor model does not project
lines from the REAR of the curb. I drew in the line that I'm looking for
(its the red one). Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?
