Corridor Daylighting: Grading or Subassemblies will anything work

I have a corridor built for a road reconstruction job. I now have to get my daylighting complete. This is what I need to happen: I need to Daylight with a min offset of 5' behind Back of Curb with a min grade of 2.00%. This daylight has to meet existing ground before my ROW which is 15' behind BOC. Max grade would be 25.00%. Is there away to daylight so that it will find existing ground with % grade min of 2% and max 25% within a 5' min offset to a 15' max offset. What I am looking to find is the areas that do not have a min 2% positive drainage to BOC so that I can adjust my road design while at the same time minimize the amount of disturbance within the ROW.

I think I understand what you're after. Maybe draw up a quick sketch and
attach it here. Show all the different things that can happen and what the
subassembly should do. For example, what if the 2% slope intersects the
ground before 5'? What if 25% still doesn't meet ground before the ROW? I
would imagine for these scenarios, do nothing, since you're looking to
redesign in those areas?

With that many constraints I can't think of any particular subassembly that
comes with Civil 3D. You can hire someone to create one however. It
shouldn't be tough. Grading won't do what you want at all.

What you could do is attach (at BOC) the daylight min width at 2% AND (at
BOC) attach the daylight max width at 25%, label the grade of the links and
then go section by section looking at the numbers to see how they work.
You'll see 2 daylight lines, each with grades. Then you can decide where
you need to redesign.
