Is it possible to build a sub assembly that takes into account the curb and gutter sitting on top of a lift of base?

Thanks,

Dave

Yes, we do it all the time.  Reason we do is because they poor the concrete "lane" and then a machine runs along the top of the pavement and places the curb.
