Coordinate Transformation problem

Rightnow I have coordinates in UTM Zone 40. I need to convert this coordinates to DLTM (Dubai Local Transverse Mercator). I tried its not working out for me.

Please explain me how I can solve this issue.

1] open an empty drawing

2] set DLTM as current CRS with the _ADESETCRDSYS command

3] attach the UTM Zone 40 drawing with the _ADEDRAWINGS command

4] run _ADEQUERY and perform a "draw query" to finish the conversion
