Have you tried to convert AutoCAD pont into COGO Civil 3D ones? It takes too much. Even if I set Prompt for description - Automatic. Let me know your experience
You need to set the 'Prompt For Descriptions' property to 'None'. You can
do this in the Edit Command Settings - CreatePoints dialog.
