Convert a metric drawing to english

Hello,

I currently am using windows 7 pro with civil 3d sp 4. I would like to know if someone can show me how to solve this problem I am having.

I currently have a dgn drawing with the following:

1. 3d drawing

2. vertical datun ngvd 1929

3. coordinate system ccs 1927 zone 2

4. Metric scale 1:500 contour interval =.61m

5. Go=410946.9952,-64740.0012,-214748.3647

What I would like is to convert this dgn to dwg with the following:

Datum

Feet nad83 navd 88

design plane nad 83 zone 2

Any help would be appreciated
