Constant Errors in Structure Labels

I am constantly getting errors upon auditing my template file (see below). I started with a new template (_AutoCAD Civil 3D (Imperial) NCS Base.dwt) and imported styles from the original template file incrementally to see where the errors showed up. I have isolated it to my structure labels. But I only see 6 errors and not the 12 from the original template. Before we have completely lost our entire storm sewer part list (it literally disappeared from the template). Before I spend a lot of time recreating it does anyone have thoughts on what could be causing these problems? When I drag the structure labels into the new template is also get prompted to replace 'AeccDbstructure', not sure why.

audit error report from original template:
Fix any errors detected? [Yes/No] : y
Auditing Header
Auditing Tables
Auditing Entities Pass 1
Pass 1 1000 objects auditedAeccDbClassNode(C1B) was repaired.
Pass 1 17700 objects audited
Auditing Entities Pass 2
Pass 2 1000 objects auditedAeccDbClassNode(C1B) was repaired.
Pass 2 17700 objects audited

456 Blocks audited
Total errors found 12 fixed 12
Erased 0 objects
