Concrete pattern in Parcel Hatch

I'd like to hatch a parcel with the concrete pattern but it shows broken. I know I could relocate the origin for a polygon hatch but is there a fix for using in a parcel?

Thank you

Hi Dave

Thanks for the input.

I can get the patter in the style, but it displays as broken lines not aggregate 😞

Joe,

Can you post a pic? I'd like to see that.

This is the same problems as we had with autocad hatches a few releases back due to the hatch being so far from 0,0,0. The only fix was to relocate the hatch origin point or to temporarily relocate a ucs to be closer when the hatch was created.

Have you tried relocating to a UCS closer to the parcel then regenerating the view? this will do what you're after.
Not ideal I know..

Look in the Hatch Dialog's "Hatch Origin" box for a button to pick a new hatch origin.

This refers to it, even has a graphic ...

There is no Hdialog when applying to a parcel - thats the problem, but thanks for the input

Sorry, my ignorance of Civil3d is fairly complete.

This looks like a case where a more accurately specified hatch pattern would provide an answer to the loss of precision arising from using a pattern at coordinates well away from the hatch's current origin.

It's been a while since I posted here. I hope the attachment works, otherwise cut and paste the pattern directly from this panel.
