Command line when starting Civil 3D 2014

I have made some changes to the CUII (http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Civil-3D/Geolocation-Tab-in-Civil-3D/td-p/3899301) and now when starting Civil 3D the command line stops (see below)

Hitting <Enter> bring the command line back to the "Type a command" prompt - ay ideas why this is happening now and how to solve it....

Thanks

Mine actually did this in 2013.  It's not doing it on my 2014.  I found that you can actually start typing the command and it will reckognize it from what you are showing in the screenshot.

Yes it's not a big problem, just another annoyance.....
