Civil3D 2009 -Lost all cui template files on startup.

I mistakenly tried to view a cad drawing on a website, not connected to my network--I have a network license. This drawing locked up with just a blank model space viewable.  I could not close out the program directly, so, closed it via Task Manager.  The next time I opened my Autodesk Program, I had no toolbars or ribbon items.  Apparently the program is not calling and loading my cui files.  How can I get them back?

Open the options dialog, files tab. Look at the main cui file. It should point to civil.cui. If it doesn't, browse and make sure it's set.

After, it may be necessary to reset the CUI within the CUI dialog. I doubt it though.

I've had this (no toolbars or ribbon) happen on occasions and simply switching Workspace sorted it out
