Civil3D 05 loading stalls at ShowTS

Have LDDT, CIV, SUR, RASTER, and CIVIL3D (2005 Prod.'s)
thru Subscription all installed from a network deployment.
Ironed out alot early this year, and moving a lone machine off
of 2002 based products to 2005 (late, but hey, lost is shuffel).
Brought up with BIOS, chipset driver, etc. and have a glitch
where if this machine goes and gets a CIVIL3D license and
"no others" are checked out, its ok.
If there "are" seats checked out, Civil3D will not paint the
screen and seams to generate a loop where the invoke
command is "ShowTS". We were all ok, no issues, now this
machine seams to have thrown ? with the Lic. Mgr., or ?
Not sure a temp. server issue, but LDDT seats are all ok, as
are other checkout modules.
This install seams to have affected our CIVIL3D pull on avail.
seats, yet simply cannot pin down except that the hangup is
clearly when "ShowTS" command displays.

Simply currious if others have any ?? ideas.
Would be Greatly appreciated.

Reply to self, after everyone left Fri. night, the ? mach. was 50/50 on even launching Civ3D. Believe this machine has/had a virus and it affected licmgr pull. As long as this machine's not pulling a Civ3D lic., all is fine.
Makes sense, so working that snafoo idea.

Any Civil3D users that manage there pool from the LicMgr and create the Network deployments ??
Have a fit of a machine, and just cannot figure out what is in conflict with a specific PC pulling the Civil3D license ??

Hate to keep fronting this post, yet I give up.
We have completely taken this machine down, reformated SCSI HD, rebuilt registry, even checked my deployment of Civ3D off the server, then even made it non-silent to just qualify intstallation. Log says ok, yet again;
This one machine will access LicMgr and log states a vaild pull. Yet once any command (Base ACAD or CIV3D) will actually lock up any other CIVIL3D users, and lock itself up.
If no user is pulling a CIV3D license, momentarily loads, then will eventually act like program is looping in an invoked command. If others have a CIV3D seat pulled, they become locked up.
Once I release the program, everyone is back ok. (w/o exit)
Simply do not get it.
LDDT & extentions work fine, Raster Design, even Viz Render.

This is one of 8 installs, and one of 5 identical boxes being
Dell Precision 530
1.5Ghz Xeon w/ dual SCSI's
to include everything from current BIOS, Chipset driver, DirX,
Chipset acceleration, same Gig+ memory, same Video Card 128 MB NVidia Quadro4 750 XGL's
Win 2000 OS, most current SP 4

Trying to get user off of 2002 LDDT products as late entry to 05 Civ3D, yet CIV3D and this machine (just do not get)
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
