Civil 3d takes too long to open files created with LDD

Hello, I have this problem, after intslling Civil 3d 2012 in my computer, Civil 3d takes too long to open files created with LDD 2009  or LDD 2006, it takes up to 10 minutes regenerating when I open a same files which takes few seconds to open with LDD 2009. This problems happens to all plan files created wih LDD or Eagle Point, It doest appear if I open files created with Civil 3d 2010 or Civil 3d 2011 even if they are 3times larger than ldd files.

My system specs are, Core 2 Duo 2.8Ghz, 8GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro FX770, Windows 7 64bit

Possible cause:

The drawings have Page Setups which reference Printers/PC3 files and/or Plot SyleTables which 2012 cannot locate. Make sure you copy the old files to the appropriate location in 2012.

My drawings now opens fast es expected.
