Civil 3d Offset points along alignment with station and offset and description

I am trying to find a way to offset points along an alignment showing station, offset and description. This is for a plan and profile sheet see attached example clouded in red.

There is nothing buil into C3D to get these labels automatically. There is some 3rd party help available to help get closer to the final product.

He created a tool for us that creates those topo offsets from points.
