All the cool kids are running BIM on their jobsite tablets, so surveyors and engineers oughta be able to put C3D on a tablet. Here's the system requirements for C3D 2014:

I don't think the JT-B1 will work because of its Android OS. The FZ-M1 might be do-able.

Not sure whether it would run Civil or not, but in general terms, I'm guessing Civil 3D on a tablet (especially with the screen size) would be an absolute nightmare to use practically
