Civil 3D and Sketchbook Designer

Runs the Sketchbook Designer AutoCAD Plug-In only with AutoCAD vanilla or also with AutoCAD Civil 3D?

I tried the Sketchbook Desginer Trial Version 2012 with Civil 3D 2012, but all Sketchbook-Buttons in the Civil-3D-Sketchbook-Ribbon were greyed out.

Unfortunately it seems that Sketchbook Designer only works with the following products per the System Requirements: http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/sketchbook_designer_2013_system_requirements_en.pdf

"Autodesk SketchBook Designer for AutoCAD® 2013 works with the AutoCAD 2013 release version, AutoCAD® Mechanical 2013, AutoCAD® Architecture 2013, and AutoCAD® MEP® 2013 software products."
