I have made lines types with PG and EG STM etc... But on the Profiles, They are all upside down. Do I need to create a new reverse PG EG etc. linetype?
Yes, new version. Unless you're using 2012 or later then you can modify your linetypes to use the new "upright" feature. That feature has its own limitation so you may or may not want it.
