Civil 3D 2014 crashes with open dialog form or save dialog form.

Every time that I open a new drawing and select the path, open file dialog appears empty

and If I  click "ok" button, then appears the following message:

I´m using Civil 3D 2014+hotfix1.

Are there any hotfix to solve this?

This is not a known program behavior in Civil 3D 2014.
I am assuming that it is more to a faulty installation. Check the vaiable FILEDIA - it should be set to "1".
Have you tried to reset the user profiles in Civil 3D, a guide how to do it can be found here:

Tested the steps you've shown using 2014 HF1 here and everything works as expected.

One thing I noticed in your file path that's different from mine (in U.S.) is your path shows an \esp\ folder where

mine shows \enu\ but this may be a regional thing?

esp= Spain, I´m using country kit Spain but it isn´t the trouble.

Maybe that it could be memory RAM, but I have 32GB. I have increased virtual memory and I have checked phisical memory with software "MemTest 86+ 5.01 release" and there aren´t any errors.
