Civil 3D 2014 Windes/Microdrainage tools not found in UKIE kit

Hi,

I have recently been trying to import .sws files from MicroDrainage 2014 into Civil 3D 2014, and the research I have done suggests this tool should be in the UKIE kit in the Toolbox. However, my version does not seem to have it installed.

Is there a seperate add on I should download. I haven't been able to find one so far.

This is on a company license of Civil 3D, and previously outside trainers have commented on how odd our version is, as we appear to be running using UKIE, but all of the US terms such as "tangent" and "station" are still present. So I don't know if this is related to that.
