Changing parcels colors

Hi,

Anybody knows how can i change the front (lines facing to the streets) line color from parcel? My parcels lines must have two colors.

I send in attach an example...

Make sure your Right of Way parcel uses a different style, then have that parcel type above the LOt type in the Parcels properties for the Site.
