Changing alignment station labels to round to the nearest number

I have a roadway alignment and it is ending on 4+50.86, we simply want the alignment end to read on 4+51. is it possible to make this happen?

Just extend the alignment .14 feet.

You can also edit the station labels so they round to the nearest unit.
