Canon vs. HP plotters

Our HP 1050c is ready to bite the dust after almost 10 years of faithful service.

It's my job to pick a new plotter/Scanner

I'm thinking HP T2300 or Canon ipf750

I'm leanig towards the HP (previous experiance) any one out

there uisng either of these?

We need color so KIP and OCE are out.

Thanks!!!

Bo

I haven't used either model of any Cannon plotters. But experience over the past 25 years would point me towards the HP.

HP seems to be the best and most reliable solution, over twenty five years they are a proven product. Nothing wrong with trying something new but make sure that you do the research to confirm that what you are getting is going to be the best solution for your comapny.

We're using a Canon 750 now and I love it. We replaced an old 1050 with it. It's been in service for about a year and haven't had a bit of trouble out of it. I like it enough that when we replaced our DJ 5000 I went with a high end Canon plotter for it as well. We use the 750 for our survey dept and for when our old KIP has issues.
