Cannot purge text style Legend?

I wish to have a blank drawing with only 0 layer and style Standard.

Does anyone have one?

And can someone tell me why there is a Tablestyle named Legend that cannot be purged?

go file -> new and you should have acad.dwt - a blank drawing template w/o any "extras"

Tried that but there is a text style named Legend. It will not go away. Try your File->New and check the text styles. Do you show a Legend and Standard style?
