Can I have custom intersection commands ?

Thre are 2 commands under settings for intersections

CreateIntersection

and

AddIntersectionLabel

these can be sustomised by changing settings within the commands. Beyond that I do not know how to actually add a custom command without writing code as a third party developer would.

I personally don't have any programing skills, but there are those who do, and can usually help with that kind of request. Your question needs more detail. You don't say exactly what kind of custom commands you want?
