I have a CTB file that is acting really funky:
It resides in a network share with about a dozen other ctb files. In Civil 3D 2012, in the plot window, I can see all the other ones, except for this problematic CTB. If I go to the network share, it's there. I can't delete it because windows tells me that it is 'open in another program'. I can't open it becuase I am getting a STYEXE saying 'encountered a sharing violationwhile accession [file path]'.
I have veryone exit Civil 3D and tried delete\open to no avail. I even tried to delte the folder it lives in.
So it's there, but I can't see it in Civil 3D. I can't delete it. I can't open it... and it happens to be the primary CTB file for printing our pland sets - lovely.

Restart your workstation and start Windows in diagnostic mode. That gives you more options for the disk-access.
