CL vs. BOC profile

So far we have worked around this issue. But we are now at the point that we have to find a solution.

The firm i work for uses back of curb instead cl for roadway design. I need to know how to create assemblies with the assembly baseline equal to the back of curb instead of the cl. As hopefully you can see the dilemma this causes...

You could achieve the result you are after by drawing a curb section as you require and adding the appropriate Point, Link and Shape codes to it. You can then set the back of Curb point as the insertion location. In the rehab subassemblies you will find some lane configurations that connect to curb flange. This should do what you are after.

Are you just talking about the profile, or the horizontal alignment?

If you're just talking about the profile, after you insert the subassembly
for your lane, and it attaches to the node on the Assembly, simply move it
down by the required amount before using it in your corridor.

If you're not running an alignment down the CL, AND you have to deal with
offsets, then I think Nick has a better solution.
