C3DpipenetworkRules.dll:pipnetworkrule.setsumpDepth::ApplyRule

i have a  problem when i am trying to creat a pipenetwork

error msg comes everytime i click to draw my network line

unable to run macro: c:\ document and setting\application Data\enu\C3DpipenetworkRules.dll:pipnetworkrule.setsumpDepth::ApplyRule

Do you have all your pipes and structures referencing correct surface?
