C3D 2015 will not display Acad toolbars

I have one seat of C3D where the user cannot show the AutoCAD toolbars. Everyone else in the office can access them from the Toolbars button in the Ribbon.

In the problem case the user can hit the toolbar dropdown and nothing will show. If he right-clicks on a blank toolbar area he sees the ACAD, CIVIL, EXPRESS entries. If he clicks the Civil the two transparent command toolbars are listed. If he clicks Express or Acad nothing pops out.

Tried a repair of the install with no solution.

The CUI shows these toolbars as loaded in the current workspace...

Anyone else see something like this?

Check your support file search path against a system that's working.

Was this a recent upgrade or a 2015 install on a machine where an older version was previously installed?

I've seen a situation (confirmed by Autodesk) where the users %appdata%\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015\R20.0\enu\Support directory does not get populated with all of the files that it should.

Not sure if that is the case for you...

Have you checked the file size of the acad menu on this machine compared to another machine? I've also seen cases where a menu gets damaged and large portions of it are missing. We just copy over a known good copy.

Tim, Randy,

Thanks. Another case of the incomplete support folder. Thinking this may be a windoze rights issue since it was one out of 20+ PC's that had the issue.

Yes, it's a strange problem. We upgraded ±15 machines (all the same way, which is to say we performed the install of 2015 while logged in as local admin) and about 6 or 7 of them had this issue and the others did not.
