We are trying to use Pressure Pipes 2014 in a production environment and have some questions\issues.
1) When using data shortcuts, the pipe profile is different from the source profile ie when generated from a surface that has a vertical curve, the DS profile is not smooth but is shown as a straight line.
2) We cannot change the style of a fitting or appurt in profile as we can in plan
3) The PP network is not available as a data source when attempting to use the pipe data in a band (as is a gravity network)
4) We cannot control the location of the leader start point when labeling fittings, pipes in plan - also, same 2014 drawing it is different in V2013
Any resolution of these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
After doing a search for issue number one in the list it seems that quite a few people have been experiencing the same issue as I, for a while now, at least a year. Is there a fix to this other than promoting the shortcut? Could someone help? Autodesk are you working on fixing this? Feedback is appreciated.
This thread http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-civil-3d-general/c3d-2015-pressure-pipe-follow-surface-and-dat... has a workaround for your issue #1.

Thanks,
Due to software limitations, you have to run the CURVEPIPEINPV command in the reference drawing also. It works fine. See the link below.
