1. Create a New Drawing.
2. Import some points.
3. Create a Point Group containing the Points.
4. Create a Surface using the Point Group.
5. Delete Point from Points List View
NOTE: Both Point Group and Surface are marked for Update
It seems that you are right. I just duplicated it on my machine. It probably wouldn't happen if you updated the point group first. That's just a guess. I haven't actually tried it.
