Breaklines highlight in event viewer?

Is there any way to tell what breakline I'm zooming to using the item viewer
in the toolspace? I can select one breakline and right click to zoom to but
I might have several breaklines appear in that zoom with no way to tell
which one I'm after. Selecting them on the screen drawing space shows no
data associated in properties as to which one it might be in the item
window. It would be a peach if selecting the breakline on the screen would
highlight the associated description in the item view. Only way to tell that
I can see is to count vertices as that is the only thing listed in the item
view.
