have been plagued with this. My only workaround is to start a new drawing and
insert the old one into that one, then rename the drawing the same as the
previous one (over-writing it).
You can also check to see if
you have a block in your drawing already that has the same name. If so,
perhaps purging it out or renaming it to somethig else might fix it. Finding
these little annoyances has become a way of life for me
:)
