Block Editor troubles

Just a few minutes from completing a project and decided that the "Legend" block needed some tweaking. Opened the block editor and made some adjustments and ...clicked the "X" in the upper right hand corner rather then close the block editor. Clicked save changes and ^#$%*(##$ now the drawing is the edited block. The file size shows that the original objects are there, the block is just a little text.

Working off yesterdays backup now...

A hotfix has been released to correct this program behavior.  It can be found at the following location:

Should you experience the issue in any version of AutoCAD other than 2012, please post in this thread and specify the version of Windows, along with the AutoCAD version.
