Better Processor or Better Graphic Card

Hi everyone, I am looking for a computer to work with C3D 2014 but I have a question about the right computer, do I need to spend more money on a better processor or spend it in a better graphic card to get better results working in C3D?

Thank you

Fernando Berra

None of the above, señor, since middle-range ones are good enough.

You'd better buy an high-end SSD, and a lot of speed Ram (minimum 8 GB, as long as you have a x64 Windows).

The most important is adequate RAM. You must have 64 bit OS and 8 GB min. 12 GB is probably a good amount for average use.

Higher processor speeds is better than many cores since C3D does not support multicores yet.

Gaming cards are adequate now that Autocad supports DirectX. Just get 1 GB memory or more

After that you can spend money on faster drives, faster video, more RAM to make incremental gains.

There are MANY posts on this topic.
