Bands not aligning in section views

Hello Autodesk Forum,

I've recently been tuning settings for section views for four different corridors which have all turned out satisfactory except the last corridor has a conditional sub-assembly and is causing my bands to stagger when there is both cut and fill in the section view.

The attached image shows four sections were two of them are fill or cut only then the middle two views have a mixture of both causing the bands to skew multiple places left or right, also you can probably see one of my code sets on the edge of the shoulder isn't drawing a line down but I'm sure i can figure that out in my code set settings.
