Automatically vectorize a raster drawing in 2014

We have a raster drawing that we're trying to vectorize using Raster Tools within Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite (Civil 3d) 2014.  However the process is slow going having to convert each line within the raster drawing manually.  Is there a way that  Raster Tools can automatically vectorize all lines within the drawing instead of picking each and every line?

This should be posted in the Raster forum...

Since the question hase been asked: I'm a newcomer to Raster Design and haven't been able to do an automatic vectorization which makes the process little better than manual digitizing...:(

Go with Wintopo, instead: it's free & automatic.

No easy button if that's what you want. The reason Raster Design works the way it does is to give "you" control over the creating of the lines/plines, and to use only the lines you need.
