AutoCAD PDF resolution - different line and text thicknesses

Hi All,

I have been using AutoCAD for over 10 years now and I have never come across this problem before.

When I plot from AutoCAD, option 'DWG to PDF', some of the lines will look bolder then others although the lines are on the same layer and they all have the same colour. The same for the text. What can I do to improve the quality of the PDFs? I'm currently using AutoCAD Architecture 2009.

Thank you for your help.

It seems those entities are lightly rotated in the 3D space, so try to _FLATTEN all to the ground.
P.S.
This is a cartographic forum, not architectural, madame...
