AutoCAD Civil 3d 2013 Fatal Error unhandled e0434352h exception at 7c812afbh

Help!  I just installed ACAD Civil 3d 2013 a few days ago.  It was working fine, then suddenly today I get this error message:

Fatal error: unhandled e0434352h Exception at fdc49e5dh

The program opens, runs for a few minutes, then crashes and gives me an error message similar to this.  The fact that I can't call someone at tech support for immediate assistance is INFURIATING considering I just dropped $8,000 on this program.

My OS is Windows 7  64-bit Professional SP1, and I'm working on a Dell Precision T3600 Workstation with Four Core XEON (E5-1607, 3.0GHz, 10M processor, 16 GB memory, and a 512MB NVIDIA Quadro NVS 300 card.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

You should contact your reseller.  They are supposed to support you if you purchased from them.

Try the secondary installer...
