AutoCAD Civil 3D Failure to Install

Greetings.

I am trying to download AutoCAD Civil 3D on my new computer (Windows 8 64 bit) and I keep getting an error saying that the program failed to install. Need some help to solve the problem. Here it is the info it gives me.

I have Dell Vostro 5468 just bought yesterday with Windows 10 Pro but for some reason I cant install AutoCAD Civil 3d. IF any one can help. I will really appreciate that. Many Thanks. Abdul Jamil

We're going to need a lot more information. What version of Civil 3D? Where are you installing it from? What error message(s) are you getting. Additional specs on your Dell - RAM, Video card, HDD and/or SDD?

The specification for my Dell Vostro are i5 processor, 8GB ram and 256GB solid state drive.

i get error 1619. i resored windows back to factory settings but it still did not work. i have never had such problem with autocad civil 3d before.

can you advise me what are the exact requirements for AutoCAD civil 3d ?

1619 is a Windows error. It would still be better to know the version of Civil and where you're installing it from. Requirements depend on version but I don't think that would prevent an install.

In the mean time. See if THIS helps.
