AutoCAD Civil 3D : Creating Bearing / Distance Table Using Points

Hi: I'm new using Civil 3D 2014. I know how to label a line with bearing and distance. What I would like to do is make a table with these bearings and distances referencing the point numbers. like this: 

COURSE       BEARING     DISTANCE    PT#     NORTHING     EASTING

1053-1055     N 89d25'56" W 8.49            1055    67966.60     168121.99 

Its a close polyline that represent a parcel land. Please help.

Good afternoon, 

Here's a method I use:

1. Convert the PLINE to a Feature LIne
2. Add labels to the segments (Select FLINE > Add Labels > Multiple Segments)
3. Click Add Tables>Add Segments. In the popup box select the appropriate lable styles you used in step 2
4. Place the new Table somewhere. You can edit this to include the endpoint northings and eastings of each segment.

I have been struggling with a similar table. Attached is my workaround. Quite a bit of clicking but cuts down on typing and typos.
