AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 license and subscription

I have read a little on what is coming in 2014. If I have AutoCAD Civil 3D and been on subscription, will I get SSA, River Analysis? I need some understanding on this design suite stuff.

You will get the Infrastructure Design Suite Premium.  Included software can be found here...

Thanks. In that regard will Autodesk sell standalone modules as an addition? In our case we would be lacking the River and flood analysis module to be complete in usage. But we do not need the remainder in ultimate suite.
