When I bring my point file into my drawing I would like it to automatically insert blocks, like trees, manholes, etc.. How do i do this? I had it set up to use point styles to accomplish this but when i give the drawing to someone else, the points (like trees) dont show up that way in their drawing.
Is the other user using C3D?

I don't know how to insert blocks. But have you tried the ExporttoAutoCAD command when passing the drawing on?

Description Keys will get you symbols (and layers if desired) upon import.
Allen does as I do for sharing the data using Export to Dwg.
