ArcText and UniCode

Special characters (degree and delta symbols) won't display when using the ArcText command. I tried formatting as \U+00B0, ALT+248, and %%d.

What version of Civil 3D are you using? Have you tried different fonts?

I'm using Civil 3D 2014. I have tried several fonts.

I use Arial for that without much issue. Its U+0394
